Abominable Film Trip
Transitus and S1 were excited to attend a special preview screening of the new Dreamworks film ‘Abominable’ at the Glasgow Film Theatre. The film was presented as part of the British Film Institute’s 2019 London Film Festival Touring programme. It was the exciting, imaginative and moving (tears were shed) story of three children’s trek across China to return a young Yeti to its family in the Himalayas.
The classes stayed on for a live-streamed Q & A session where Biologist Lizzie Daly spoke about her own travels and the truth behind Yeti folklore.
