Look out NASA, it was finally dry enough for our pupils to launch our rockets this week!
The competition was fierce, but it was Cecylia’s rocket that travelled the furthest at a distance of 10 metres. We used a trundle wheel to measure the distance travelled and our pupils will then create graphs on the computer to log our distances. There was lots of exciting learning from the creation of these rockets.
After evaluating each rocket, everyone is now determined to make improvements and break some distance records!
