Last week the Junior 1-3 STEM club were invited to go and see our Senior school’s STEM club in action.
STEM is an acronym that stands for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Essentially it’s an interdisciplinary approach to education that combines science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to provide all-round development for students.
The younger pupils loved seeing the train tracks that the Seniors have created and how they linked up the wiring to get the train to travel down the track.
We’re sure that we have future engineers in the making. Thank you to Mr Stevenson for inviting the Juniors to this session!
