The weather did not put a dampener on Junior 4’s trip to The Museum of Rural Life in East Kilbride.
We started our day with an excellent ‘Farm to Fork’ workshop where the lady even commented that Junior 4 were the best class she’s ever had!
Then we went on ‘Dougle the Shoogle’ (the tractor) up to the farm. We particularly enjoyed seeing the calves and finding the hidden wooden cows in the farmhouse. After lunch, we completed the ‘Penelope’s Trotter Trail’ in the museum.
Our thanks to our hosts, the Junior 4 pupils all had an excellent day!
