Marketing and Development Committee
Chair: Malcolm McCalister, Melvyn Shanks (Principal), Charlie McIvor (General Manager), Evelyn McManus (Marketing & Development Manager), Iain Wilson, Richard McKean, Christine Campbell and Lynn Fairservice (Chair PTA).
This Committee was set up at the beginning of 2007 to advise and oversee marketing initiatives to help raise the profile of the School, promote Belmont as a centre of educational excellence and increase pupil numbers over the next four years. With the new building now under way, the Committee will work closely with the Senior Management on issues relating to the future development of the School and in particular, explore a range of options for necessary fund raising through Foundations/ Trusts, Friends of Belmont and special events. The importance of working closely with the PTA is clearly recognised by the Committee.
