The Finance Committee's main functions are to oversee the preparation of the School budget for ensuing financial years and the capital expenditure requirement arising therefrom, the setting of School fees, the review of management accounts and their comparison with the School budget and the approval and presentation of the annual financial statements to the full School Board. Meetings of the committee are normally scheduled a week/10days in advance of full Board Meetings with occasional ad hoc meetings to deal with any financial issues that might arise in the interim.
