Leadership Training

Simon Haniford of Senior 5 recently took part in a JLGB [Jewish Lads & Girls Brigade] Training Weekend in London. Simon is a youth leader in his local community. He said, "I learned how to be a successful leader of a group of people, both children and adults. We took part in many sessions which were very productive - for example, how to run activities in the proper manner, how to deal with conflict situations".
