Change to start date for Spring Term 2011

Dear Parents

Please note that we have decided to start the Spring Term 2011 a day earlier - on Wednesday 5th January - in an effort to recover some of the teaching time lost in the last few days. The staff In-Service Day scheduled for that date has been cancelled.

Alton Towers

On Monday 11^th October, a group of 35 pupils from Senior 2 to Senior 6 took part in a day trip to Alton Towers theme park. Accompanied by 5 members of staff, the pupils left the school at midnight for the trip south. Duke of Edinbugh - Tyndrum, Bronze Introduction

On Friday 3^rd September a minibus full of 14 S2 pupils embarked on their Junior DoE course with an overnight camp out.
