Appointment of Contractor & Commencement of Building Works
Following a highly competitive tendering process, in which Tenders were received from a number of potential contractors who were subsequently interviewed in detail on their submissions, Belmont House School has issued a formal Letter of Acceptance to Henry Brothers [Magherafelt] Ltd.
Henry Brothers Ltd are a well-established, highly professional construction firm who are currently completing a £9 million school project in the West of Scotland, in addition to having extensive general experience in the industry. They have clearly demonstrated their understanding of the requirements of the School with regard to every aspect of the construction of our new facility.
Construction work of the new Belmont House development is now underway with Henry Brothers (magherafelt) Ltd in situ. This is a very exciting time for the school and we will continue to keep you posted as to what is happening in subsequent postings, Bulletins and Newsletters.
